Fine Bubble Diffusers

Lakeside’s Newair Fine Bubble Diffusers are fabricated with proprietary, precision manufacturing techniques that offer increased oxygen transfer, very low headloss and sustained oxygen transfer efficiency.

Available as disc, tube and custom plates, the diffusers feature large pores on the air-input side (350µm) that become smaller (120µm) toward the water side. The pore structure minimizes plugging by feed air contaminants and prevents unnecessary pressure loss. Energy consumption remains constant and transfer efficiency remains stable.
