The
Lakeside/Muhr Hydronic T
is a hydraulically operated telescoping boom and rake mechanism for cleaning
bar screens, trash racks and intake screens at wastewater treatment plants, stormwater facilities and water intake structures. Hydraulic
cylinders are used to pivot the boom and to extend and retract the boom and
rake. Single telescoping designs are typical and multiple telescoping
sections are available to expand the rake’s reaching capabilities. The
hydraulic power pack allows for greater lifting capacities compared to other
screens. Various rake heads are available to fit any given application and
are designed to minimize rack wear. The Hydronic T
can withstand the toughest applications plants have to offer. Options
for Hydronic T installations include traversing designs
for multiple screens, special control options, a
conveying system to transport screenings and the Raptor® Wash Press that cleans, compacts and dewaters
screenings.
